Read the template and follow the instructions. Type your paper directly onto your page. Write it from the perspective of your county. If you can't/don't want to type in the wiki then you can type in MS word and then paste it back in here if you want. Regardless, your finished product should end up on your page. Drafts of this are due by Wednesday November 20, our next meeting. Peer/adult review will continue till Dec 4, whereupon final drafts will be printed.
